The Sale of Days is subject to these General Conditions which prevail over all purchasing conditions. For Reservations Made On The Same Day, An Increase Of € 10 Will Be Requested. 


Article 1: Reservation and payment methods for a free practice session.
Reservation And Payment Can Be Made By Check, Bank Transfer, Credit Card or Paypal. In the case of a payment by check, we decline all responsibility in the event of loss or delay in delivery of the mail.
​ All payments must be made within 7 days of registration. After this deadline, the registration is no longer valid! 


Article 2: Cancellation Conditions:
You have the possibility to subscribe to the cancellation insurance since 2020 with our partner assuracing during your registration. For Any Information Click Here .

However, it remains possible for the customer to sell his seat by not forgetting to inform us of the name of the beneficiary by email!


Article 3: Choice of the date for the Free Practice Sessions,
During the act of purchase, the buyer chooses a date and will find his name in the summary table. We decline all responsibilities in the event of absence on the day of the taxiing session. In particular, No Refund Or Deferment To Another Date Can Be Made. 


Article 4: Commitments of the Rider participating in the Motorcycle Free Practice Sessions:
Back Protection Is Mandatory, Not Having Consumed Alcohol, Ensuring That The Motorcycle Meets The Sound Requirements Announced On Each Circuit. The Motorcycle Must Be In Perfect Working Condition. At all times, wear a helmet and a leather suit (coverall or jacket + pants). The Visor Of The Helmet Should Be Lowered When The Motorcycle Rides. Respect the Safety Instructions Scrupulously Note that BURNS ARE FORBIDDEN Note that any extinguisher used to extinguish the start of a fire on my vehicle or motorcycle will be billed at a price of 115 € excl. 

Article 5: The Guides
I am responsible for my guides and in no case should they intervene on the track without prior agreement from STAFF. 

Article 6: Liability 

SCX RACING could not be held responsible for the non-performance of the day in the event of force majeure, impracticable track, disruption or total strike of the means of transport, flood, fire. The Team will not respond in any case to indirect material or bodily damage, indirect damage, losses or any other damage that could result from this day.
